Evidence-Based Structure: Max Effort, Dynamic Effort, Repetition Effort
Our method follows the same proven framework used by the best strength systems in the world… the Conjugate Method. We rotate heavy (max effort), fast (dynamic), and high volume (repetition) work to prevent stagnation and force constant adaptation. This keeps the nervous system primed and the athlete improving year-round. Our athletes sprint, jump, throw, and lift precision. They develop reactive strength, coordination, and control under load. Through general physical preparedness & specific physical preparedness we bridge the gap between the gym and the field, turning weight room strength into on field dominance. Our System works because it’s rooted in principles, not trends. It’s backed by physics and kinesiology, proven in competition and built through years of experience coaching athletes of every level.
Accommodating Resistance and Neural Potentiation
We use chains, bands, and specialty bars to create variable resistance through the lift. This teaches the athlete to accelerate through the entire range of motion, improving rate of force development, the ability to produce power fast. That’s what makes a football player hit harder, a sprinter explode quicker, and a wrestler move with authority.
Variation and Weak-Point Development
Our system constantly changes exercise variations, stances, tempos, and load structures. This keeps athletes adapting and eliminates plateaus. We target weak points and imbalances, ensuring athletes become more complete and resilient. We’re not training lifters; we’re building dominant competitors.
Transfer to Sport
Strength only matters if it transfers. We train our athletes to move powerfully, efficiently, and under control. The methods we use are backed by the same science used by top collegiate and professional programs across every sport. Programs like the Arizona Cardinals, New England Patriots, Seattle Seahawks, countless other professional teams across all sports and NCAA programs have incorporated conjugate training in their programs.
