    I am the owner and head strength & conditioning coach at Eastbound Strength & Performance. I’m Westside Barbell Certified, specializing in the Conjugate Method, A system proven to build strong, explosive, and injury-resistant athletes across all sports.

    I have trained athletes at every level of college, from Division 3 walk on to Division 1 scholarship players, as well as professional athletes and state champions in football, wrestling, track & field, hockey, and more. My coaching combines relentless intensity with precision programming rooted in sport science and real-world results.

    As a former College All American athlete myself, I understand what it takes to reach the next level. I know how to keep athlete’s durable through long seasons. Whether it’s building power, speed, or strength, I develop personalized training that delivers.

  • Greg Panora

    Greg Panora is a world-renowned powerlifter and strength coach, bringing elite-level experience and knowledge to Eastbound Strength & Performance. He trained under the legendary Louie Simmons at Westside Barbell, where he became one of the strongest powerlifters in history holding multiple all-time world records and achieving a 2,630lb equipped total.

    Greg is not only a decorated athlete, but also a highly respected coach. He has worked with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as competitive lifters, helping them break records, build strength, and stay injury-free through intelligent, effective training.

    With a deep understanding of the Conjugate Method, Greg brings unmatched experience in developing absolute strength, speed, and explosive power. His coaching style is technical, intense, and focused on long-term success, not shortcuts.

  • Michaela Martin

    As a strength coach, I bring over 3 years of experience specializing in muscle building and performance-focused training. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Wellness and am certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My programs are built on proven strength training principles, tailored to help you gain muscle mass, increase strength, and train with intent.

    On the nutrition side, I focus on sustainable habit building, not restrictive diets or shortcuts. Whether you're aiming to fuel your workouts, improve body composition, or create long-term consistency, I’ll help you develop realistic habits that support your goals.
